We are seeking a Product Marketing Director to own the commercial narrative for a software platform at the intersection of product, revenue, and market strategy. Reporting to senior leadership, you will partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to translate technical capabilities into clear positioning, workflow-based value stories, and go-to-market programs that support revenue growth. This is a hands-on role focused on commercialization, not a team-building or pure presentation function. You will help define packaging and pricing, shape messaging by segment and persona, and equip Sales and Customer Success to engage sophisticated buyers effectively. A strong candidate will be comfortable getting deep into the product, stress-testing workflows, and building enablement that improves win rates, average contract value, and adoption. Key responsibilities include owning commercialization strategy across tiering, add-ons, pricing, and packaging; developing segment-specific positioning; translating product features into practical use cases and workflows; partnering with Product Management on roadmap priorities; leading product webinars; and building sales and customer success enablement such as talk tracks, objection handling, and playbooks. You will also gather market intelligence from the pipeline, test messaging with buyers, and use AI tools to improve speed and efficiency. Qualifications include around 10 years of experience, with a strong background in B2B SaaS product marketing and recent director-level experience. Startup experience is preferred.
