We are seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to help identify, design, and deliver better ways of working across the business. In this role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on improving efficiency, quality, and long-term sustainability. You will review existing workflows, recommend practical improvements, and support teams in adopting better processes and automation opportunities.
This position involves working with stakeholders across different functions, including remote collaborators, to define scope, manage priorities, and deliver project outcomes on schedule. You will use data, research, and process analysis to uncover root causes, measure results, and track progress over time. You will also coach business partners on continuous improvement methods and help promote a culture of fact-based decision-making.
The ideal candidate has a post-secondary background in a relevant field and several years of experience leading complex improvement or technology-related projects. Experience with process automation, databases, reporting tools, financial systems, and technical solution design is important. Strong knowledge of continuous improvement practices, change management, and structured problem-solving is required. The successful candidate should be a strong communicator, able to influence others, manage evolving priorities, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
