Process Engineer/Scientist

Join a growing engineering team as a Process Engineer/Scientist/Technologist focused on developing, optimizing, and supporting advanced device manufacturing processes. This role is suited to someone with hands-on experience in dry processing and a strong interest in process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. You will work on process design, experimentation, and optimization to support product development and manufacturing readiness. Responsibilities may include refining plasma etch and deposition steps, improving process stability and yield, documenting procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve technical issues and advance new processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant dry processing experience, including exposure to dry etching and plasma deposition technologies. Strong knowledge of dry processing, plasma etch, and plasma deposition is important. Experience with related vacuum-based thin film or etch processes is also valuable. This is a hybrid position.
