Process Engineer

We are seeking an experienced process engineer to support the development and scale-up of industrial thermal processing systems. This role focuses on improving manufacturing methods, validating process performance, and helping move new technologies from concept to commercial operation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, test, and refine process equipment used in applications such as drying, heat treatment, recycling, and material recovery. Responsibilities include evaluating process requirements, supporting equipment selection, running trials, analyzing operating data, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and product quality. You will contribute to pilot and production-scale projects, prepare technical documentation, and help ensure safe and practical implementation in an industrial environment. The position also involves troubleshooting process issues, collaborating with engineering and operations teams, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate has a background in process, chemical, mechanical, or related engineering, with experience in industrial equipment, thermal systems, or scale-up projects. Strong analytical skills, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to work across disciplines are important.
