Print Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee wide-format digital print and graphics production within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. In this role, you will lead and support a team, provide training and coaching, and help maintain smooth daily operations across scheduling, workflow, and job completion. You will work closely with internal departments, project leads, customers, and outside vendors to keep projects moving on time and aligned with requirements. Key duties include monitoring production performance, reviewing work orders, managing priorities, and helping resolve issues that affect quality, efficiency, or delivery. You will also support the development and use of standard operating procedures, production controls, and quality practices, while contributing ideas to improve processes and reduce waste. The role involves reading technical drawings and related documents, troubleshooting production challenges, and coordinating installation activities when needed. The ideal candidate has several years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and is comfortable working under pressure in a demanding production setting. Experience with large-format printing, installations, ERP systems, and common office and design software is an asset. Strong communication skills, good organization, and the ability to handle materials up to 25 lbs are important. Familiarity with quality systems and continuous improvement methods would be considered an advantage.
