Principal

We are looking for a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Principal to join our investment team, focusing on investments in Artificial Intelligence and frontier technologies. This role is suited for individuals with a strong technical background who are passionate about identifying and collaborating with innovative AI companies at early and growth stages. Key responsibilities include leading the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investments in AI and related deep tech sectors. The candidate will conduct thorough technical and product-level due diligence while working closely with founders and engineering teams. Developing investment theses across AI infrastructure, applied AI, and frontier models is essential, as is providing strategic, technical, and operational support to portfolio companies. The Principal will represent the firm within the AI ecosystem, engaging with conferences, founders, and co-investors, and will collaborate with partners on deal execution and fund strategy. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience at a reputable venture capital firm, growth equity fund, or similar investment organization. A strong technical background in AI/ML, computer science, data science, or related engineering disciplines is required, along with hands-on experience in AI-related companies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, as is a proven track record in sourcing and evaluating venture investments.
