Principal Consultant

We are seeking a senior consulting leader to support client relationships, deliver complex engagements, and help expand consulting services across manufacturing accounts in the Americas. The role will focus on helping clients improve operations, solve business challenges, and realize value through technology-enabled transformation. Experience in manufacturing environments such as automotive, aerospace, and other discrete production sectors is highly relevant. This position involves serving as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, shaping proposals, and contributing to pre-sales activities and responses to formal requests. You will work closely with sales teams, delivery teams, and subject matter experts to plan and execute projects effectively, keeping work aligned to scope, schedule, and budget. The role also includes guiding multi-disciplinary teams, supporting account growth, and contributing to reusable knowledge assets and service offerings. Strong experience in consulting delivery, business case development, workshop facilitation, and solution design is important. Candidates should have a background in smart manufacturing, industrial digital transformation, and related data-driven initiatives. Prior exposure to manufacturing systems and connected operations technologies is preferred, along with experience coaching junior consultants and building client-facing teams. An engineering degree and extensive consulting experience are required, along with a strong track record of client success and commercial impact.
