Practice Manager, Rehab, Wellness & Mental Health

We are seeking a Practice Manager to join our expanding team in a multidisciplinary rehab, wellness, and mental health clinic. This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of the launch of a new clinic location and contribute to our collaborative model of care. The Practice Manager will oversee daily operations, financial management, and the overall culture of the clinic, ensuring an environment that prioritizes patient care while maintaining business efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing daily clinic operations to ensure smooth patient flow, optimizing provider schedules, and administering the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. The Practice Manager will also oversee the full revenue cycle, including billing and accounts receivable, while monitoring clinic profitability and managing operational budgets. In addition, the Practice Manager will recruit and supervise administrative staff, facilitate onboarding for new hires, and promote a collaborative team culture. Responsibilities also include addressing patient complaints, implementing retention strategies, and collaborating with marketing to enhance patient acquisition. Compliance with privacy laws and regulatory standards is essential, and the Practice Manager will ensure all practitioners maintain active licensure.
