Portfolio Manager

This role is focused on shaping and overseeing managed investment programs, with an emphasis on program structure, governance, and ongoing improvement. The position supports the development of account-based investment solutions, model portfolios, and related practice standards, while making sure they remain practical, scalable, and aligned with broader business objectives and regulatory expectations. Working closely with internal teams, the Portfolio Manager will help define policies and procedures for investment practice management, provide experienced guidance on portfolio management tools and trading systems, and support consistent use of those resources across advisor teams. The role also serves as a key contact for complex questions, escalations, and cross-functional issues, and provides oversight to junior support staff as needed. Additional responsibilities include supporting advisor onboarding, training, documentation, and issue resolution, as well as collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve workflow and user adoption. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in financial services, strong knowledge of managed account programs, and a background in portfolio management or related investment operations. Professional designations and registration eligibility are preferred, along with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
