Platform Owner, Automation

This permanent role is responsible for the overall performance, direction, and business value of enterprise automation and workflow platforms. You will work across technology, security, architecture, delivery, and business teams to make sure these platforms remain reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational needs. The position involves shaping the platform strategy, managing priorities, and helping turn business requirements into practical platform capabilities. You will collaborate with specialists and external partners to support platform health, guide improvements, and ensure the environment continues to meet operational and future-state goals. Key responsibilities include overseeing the lifecycle of automation platforms, supporting governance and decision-making, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, and helping track outcomes and value delivered. You will also contribute to roadmap planning, coordinate with technical and business stakeholders, and support the delivery of changes that improve user and operational experience. The role is offered in a hybrid work environment and may be based in Ottawa or another major Canadian city where the organization has a presence.
