Plant Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on Plant Supervisor to lead a small team and oversee day-to-day plant operations in an onsite role. This position is responsible for scheduling staff, supporting production activities, operating equipment as needed, and helping ensure equipment is maintained and functioning properly. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced plant environment and has strong mechanical aptitude. Key responsibilities include coordinating daily schedules, monitoring workflow, supporting production goals, and maintaining quality standards throughout operations. This role also involves assisting with routine equipment operation and basic troubleshooting, as well as working closely with team members to keep operations running efficiently. Candidates should have experience in a plant, production, or operations environment, along with strong scheduling, equipment operation, and quality monitoring skills. A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example are important for success in this position. The expected salary range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
