Plant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and support overall site performance. This position is responsible for leading production teams, coordinating operational priorities, and helping ensure the facility runs efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards. The successful candidate will bring at least six years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, along with strong leadership and people management abilities. A solid background in operations oversight is essential, as is experience supporting health, safety, security, and environmental practices in a plant environment. The role also requires the ability to guide teams, solve problems, and balance productivity with quality and safety goals. This is a hybrid position and offers a competitive salary in the range of $150,000 to $170,000, based on experience and qualifications. The expected start date is October 2026. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can contribute to a stable, high-performing operation while building strong working relationships across the site.
