This role supports the improvement of access to home support services across a large public service network. Working within a specialized support team, the person in this position helps design, implement, and monitor service pathways that aim to make access more efficient, consistent, and equitable for service users.
The successful candidate will contribute to projects focused on streamlining entry points, referral processes, and service coordination. They will also help organize working sessions, document progress, track follow-ups, and support the rollout of improved practices and procedures. In this context, the role involves close collaboration with public organizations and a range of stakeholders from clinical, administrative, legal, ethical, and psychosocial backgrounds.
This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex service issues. The advisor will help develop performance, quality, and equity indicators, and prepare integrated analyses to support decision-making at different levels of the organization. They will also assist with the harmonization of practices and data to encourage better service consistency and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is autonomous, rigorous, and comfortable working on cross-functional initiatives in a changing environment. Experience in program coordination, service planning, or healthcare-related service improvement would be an asset.
