Pharmacy Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Lead, support, and develop the pharmacy team, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. - Build strong relationships with patients and ensure a patient-centered approach. - Provide comprehensive pharmacist services, including minor ailment management, immunizations, and medication reviews. - Oversee daily operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and team communication. - Manage staffing, scheduling, and vacation planning to maintain operational safety and efficiency. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and lead initiatives for safety and quality improvement. - Oversee inventory management, ordering, and financial performance, supporting growth strategies and clinical service delivery. - Encourage team development in areas such as counseling and healthy living. - Collaborate with other leadership on business planning and integrated operations. Qualifications: - Current pharmacist license. - Previous management experience in a community setting is preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - High attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. - Ability to work alternating weekends.
