Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking an experienced pharmacy leader to oversee daily operations in a retail pharmacy setting. In this role, you will lead a team focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered service while supporting business goals and maintaining a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for coaching staff, setting service expectations, and helping ensure patients receive timely, accurate care. Key responsibilities include managing pharmacy programs and new product rollouts, supporting sales and operational targets, monitoring labor and inventory performance, and helping reduce losses. You will also help ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly across all service areas, with consistent standards and a strong focus on patient experience. A major part of the role involves hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling support, performance management, and succession planning. You will foster collaboration, encourage professional growth, and promote an inclusive environment. The position also requires oversight of regulatory compliance, health and safety practices, and internal policies and procedures. Staff training in these areas is expected. Qualified candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, be licensed and in good standing in the applicable province, and have at least two years of experience as a practicing pharmacist. Injection and first aid certification are required, and experience with pharmacy management software is an asset.
