We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will oversee pharmacy operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of pharmaceutical services. Key responsibilities include leading and supporting pharmacy staff through hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and ongoing development. The Pharmacy Manager will ensure compliance with all relevant provincial and federal regulations, supervise prescription processing and inventory control, and provide clinical oversight, including medication reviews and patient counseling. Collaboration with healthcare providers is essential to support integrated patient care. The role also involves managing pharmacy budgets, monitoring key performance indicators, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements. Additionally, the Pharmacy Manager will oversee pharmacy technology systems and contribute to strategic initiatives and operational planning. Candidates should possess a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent qualification, active licensure in good standing, and a minimum of 5 years of pharmacy experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a high attention to detail and a focus on patient safety. The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment is also required. Salary range for this position is $115,000 - $120,000.
