Pharmacist

We are seeking a licensed pharmacist to join a community-focused pharmacy team in Victoria. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a professional who enjoys delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative setting. In this role, you will support patients with medication therapy, counseling, and clinical services. Day-to-day work may include reviewing prescriptions, preparing and dispensing medications accurately, and maintaining high standards for safety and quality. You will also provide immunizations and other authorized pharmacist services, help manage medication renewals and adaptations where permitted, and contribute to improved health outcomes through thoughtful clinical decision-making. The position involves regular interaction with patients, caregivers, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals, so strong communication and teamwork are important. You may also serve as a reliable source of medication information for both the public and colleagues. The ideal candidate will hold a pharmacy degree and current licensure or be eligible for licensure in British Columbia. Certification to provide injections is required. Experience with pharmacy software and electronic records is an asset, along with sound clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to care. A criminal record check and related screening will be required before hire.
