Personal Lines Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced team leader to oversee a group of account management professionals within a personal insurance environment. In this role, you will help organize daily work, improve team efficiency, and support strong individual and team performance. You will work closely with staff to ensure tasks are handled smoothly, priorities are clear, and service standards are consistently met. This position is suited to someone with a solid background in insurance brokerage operations and a strong understanding of client service workflows. The right candidate will bring proven leadership ability, a practical approach to process improvement, and experience supporting employee development and accountability. Key responsibilities include guiding team activity, monitoring workloads, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, and helping maintain a high-performing, customer-focused operation. You will also play a part in coaching team members and contributing to overall departmental success. A minimum of five years of relevant insurance brokerage experience is preferred. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and performance management skills are important for success in this role.
