Personal Lines Team Lead

We are seeking a Personal Lines Team Lead to guide a team and help improve operational processes within a brokerage environment. This is a hybrid position offering a competitive base salary and a generous commission structure. In this role, you will support day-to-day team performance, provide leadership and coaching, and help monitor workloads and service standards. You will also review workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to more efficient processes. The position requires strong leadership, performance management, and workflow analysis skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in an insurance brokerage environment and proficiency with Applied Systems. Experience supporting a personal lines team is preferred, along with the ability to communicate effectively, manage priorities, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. This opportunity is well suited to someone who is organized, process-focused, and comfortable balancing team leadership with operational responsibilities.
