Personal Lines Insurance Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced team lead to oversee a personal lines insurance group in a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will guide day-to-day team performance, support service delivery, and help improve internal workflows so the team can operate more efficiently. You will also play a key part in coaching staff, monitoring productivity, and supporting a positive, high-performing workplace. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience in an insurance brokerage setting, along with a strong background in leadership and people management. Experience reviewing and improving processes is important, as is the ability to analyze workflow and identify opportunities for better results.
