Personal Lines Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to manage an existing book of business and support new business activity. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, provide guidance on coverage options, and help ensure customers receive timely, professional service. Key responsibilities include handling incoming client inquiries by phone, email, and in person, reviewing policy renewals, preparing coverage recommendations and alternative quotes when needed, and processing requests such as policy changes, claims, cancellations, and other account updates. You will also maintain accurate records in the agency management system, follow up on reports and outstanding items, and support the broader team with day-to-day personal insurance work. The ideal candidate will bring several years of insurance experience, a relevant insurance license, and a commitment to continuing professional development. Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills are essential. Experience with common office software and insurance management systems is preferred.
