People and Culture Manager

We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Manager to support business growth, guide people initiatives, and help create a strong employee experience across a multi-site organization. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to leaders, provide day-to-day guidance on workplace matters, and help shape programs that support engagement, performance, and retention. You will take ownership of a broad range of HR responsibilities, including workforce planning, employee relations, total rewards, recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and employee communications. The role also involves supporting organizational design, succession planning, change management, and leadership development. A strong focus will be placed on maintaining compliant and consistent practices across multiple provinces, as well as supporting accommodation, leave, return-to-work, and health and safety processes. You will use people data and HR systems to improve reporting, streamline workflows, and strengthen decision-making. This position includes mentoring and supporting HR team members, ensuring high service standards, and helping maintain accurate employee records and document controls. The ideal candidate brings progressive HR experience, strong knowledge of employment legislation, and confidence advising leaders on complex people matters. Experience with multi-location operations and familiarity with technology-enabled HR processes are beneficial.
