We are looking for a detail-focused Payroll Clerk to support payroll operations for a growing organization. This position is responsible for processing regular payroll cycles accurately and on time, while maintaining employee records and updating changes related to new hires, departures, and compensation adjustments. The role also includes handling payroll-related benefits administration, answering employee questions about pay, and helping resolve discrepancies or other issues as they arise.
In addition, the Payroll Clerk will assist with year-end tax reporting and ensure payroll activities follow applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate has prior payroll administration experience, strong attention to detail, and comfort using standard payroll systems. Good judgment, the ability to work independently, and clear communication skills are important for success in this role.
