This role supports patients as they move from initial consultation to a final treatment decision. You will meet with prospective patients after their medical assessment, explain the information they have received in clear and reassuring language, and help them understand available options, expected outcomes, and payment choices. A key part of the job is building trust, answering questions with empathy, and adapting your approach to each person’s concerns and level of readiness.
You will also coordinate surgery bookings, manage follow-up communication, and keep patient records accurate and up to date. The position requires a strong focus on retention and patient follow-through, with proactive outreach by phone, voice message, video, or other personalized contact methods when appropriate. You will work closely with clinical staff and support reporting of any patient safety concerns or operational risks to management.
The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, sales, account management, or a similar client-focused environment. Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills are important, along with clear written and verbal English communication. This is a full-time role with a weekday schedule and occasional Saturday availability. Flexibility to assist nearby clinics when needed is also required.
