We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to drive revenue growth through the acquisition, management, and renewal of corporate sponsorships and strategic partnerships. This role will lead the full sponsorship sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, contract execution, activation, renewal, and account growth. The Partnerships Manager will develop and manage a robust pipeline of corporate sponsors and community partners that align with organizational mission and strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities include achieving annual sponsorship and marketplace revenue targets, driving the partnership cycle for inbound and outbound opportunities, and nurturing a portfolio of long-term partners. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sponsorship packages and customized partnership opportunities. They will also deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective partners while leveraging CRM tools to maintain accurate records and manage deal pipelines.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sponsorship, preferably in a not-for-profit setting. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and managing significant sponsorship agreements is essential. Strong relationship management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders are critical for success in this role. Regular attendance at industry events to build relationships and generate leads will also be expected.
