Partnerships & Growth Manager, SEO & AI Visibility (North America)

We are seeking a Partnerships & Growth Manager with expertise in SEO and AI Visibility to drive growth in North America. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO or digital marketing and a keen understanding of how AI is transforming brand discovery. This role focuses on engaging with advertisers to help them navigate the evolving landscape of AI-driven visibility. In this full-cycle position, you will be responsible for prospecting, closing, onboarding, and managing long-term client relationships. You will develop partnerships with direct-to-consumer brands and digital marketing agencies, articulating the value of AI visibility and organic discoverability. Your role will involve translating complex AI search concepts into compelling narratives for stakeholders, educating partners on how to leverage these innovations for brand discovery. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in SEO, search marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing, with agency experience preferred. A strong understanding of AI search and generative engines is essential. Excellent communication skills are required to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proficiency in CRM tools and experience in digital advertising or affiliate marketing is a plus. This remote position is open to candidates based in Canada, offering a competitive salary range of $85,000-$105,000, along with quarterly variable compensation tied to performance metrics and uncapped commission opportunities.
