Partnerships and Success Specialist

We are seeking a Partnerships and Success Specialist to join our team, focusing on healthcare innovation and technology adoption. This full-time position involves transforming patient transfer processes in hospitals and care facilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting, preferably in roles such as nurse practitioner, aide, porter, occupational therapist, physical therapist, personal support worker, or other healthcare clinician positions. Experience as a preceptor, charge nurse, or clinical educator is advantageous. In this role, you will provide on-site training for hospital staff on the effective use of healthcare technology, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption. You will be responsible for offering real-time support during critical product launches and implementation phases, helping to bridge the gap between clinical needs and technical features. Frequent travel (50%-75%) within North America is required. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in environments that combine technology, education, and interpersonal connection.
