Partnerships and Success Specialist (Bilingual/French)

We are seeking a Partnerships and Success Specialist with bilingual proficiency in French to join our team. This full-time role focuses on enhancing healthcare innovation and adoption, specifically in the area of patient transfers within hospitals and care facilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting, preferably as a nurse practitioner, aide, or other healthcare clinician. Experience in roles such as preceptor or clinical educator is advantageous. In this position, you will provide on-site training for hospital staff, ensuring they are confident in using new technology to improve safety and efficiency. You will support critical product launches and implementation phases, acting as the primary contact for healthcare teams during these transitions. The role requires significant travel, approximately 50%-75%, within North America. Key responsibilities include leading hands-on training sessions, providing real-time support during peak hours, advocating for clinical needs, monitoring technology adoption, and gathering feedback to enhance product offerings.
