We are seeking a Partner Success Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in building the infrastructure for growth and ensuring the success of our partnerships. The Partner Success Manager will work closely with Regional Sales Managers to bridge the gap between strategic initiatives and operational execution, ensuring that partners have the necessary tools and support to thrive. Key responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to define partner territories, managing the deal registration process in Salesforce, and proactively recruiting new channel partners. The successful candidate will coordinate the partner onboarding journey, develop joint marketing plans, and lead sales enablement initiatives to ensure partners are well-trained on our offerings. Additionally, the Partner Success Manager will oversee lead and deal registration processes, assist with administrative tasks such as proposal drafting and contract management, and conduct Partner Business Reviews to maintain accurate pipeline forecasting. This role also involves maintaining partner records in Salesforce and ensuring a seamless transition to sales teams once leads enter the active sales cycle. Qualifications include a post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with 3-6 years of experience in customer success, sales enablement, or account management. A strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and sales processes is essential. This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work model.
