We are seeking a hybrid account and technical growth professional to manage and expand a portfolio of strategic partner relationships in a remote, Canada-based role. This position combines commercial ownership, relationship management, and hands-on technical execution. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts, improving retention, and identifying new revenue opportunities while also helping solve product and performance issues that limit conversion or engagement. In this role, you will act as the main contact for a group of key partners, coordinating regular business reviews, aligning on shared goals, and keeping account plans moving forward. You will work across internal teams and partner stakeholders to support roadmap discussions, commercial negotiations, and implementation priorities. You’ll also use data to understand performance, monitor funnel health, and spot opportunities for improvement. A strong candidate will be comfortable working in SQL and analytics tools, and capable of writing scripts or lightweight code to automate reporting, run experiments, and implement growth changes when needed. Experience with modern web technologies, debugging integrations, and testing conversion improvements is important. We are looking for someone who can balance strategic account leadership with practical execution and who thrives in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment.
