Partner Growth Engineer Full-Time | Remote | Canada
We are seeking a Partner Growth Engineer to manage growth across a portfolio of active partner accounts. This hybrid role combines strategic account ownership, revenue expansion, and hands-on technical execution. You will be responsible for deepening partner relationships, identifying opportunities to improve performance, and implementing solutions that drive measurable growth.
In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for a set of key accounts, manage executive relationships, lead regular business reviews, and own account planning. You will carry an expansion target focused on retention, revenue growth, conversion lift, and attachment performance. You will also lead commercial discussions involving multiple stakeholders and work closely with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance.
The position requires a strong mix of analytical and technical skills. You should be comfortable working with SQL, BI tools, and scripting languages such as Python or Node. You may also be asked to build and ship experiments, support A/B testing, debug integrations, and make improvements to partner-facing funnels or product experiences. Experience writing production-quality code in JavaScript or TypeScript and working with modern front-end frameworks is preferred.
We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in quota-bearing account management, strategic partnerships, or SaaS growth roles, ideally with a mix of commercial ownership and technical ability. Candidates must be based in Canada and open to occasional travel.
