Overnight Senior Caregiver

We are looking for a caring, reliable person to provide overnight support and companionship for an older adult in a private home. This role is suited to someone who is patient, observant, and able to offer a calm, reassuring presence during the night. The main focus is to help maintain comfort, safety, and peace of mind while following established routines. Responsibilities include staying awake and attentive overnight, assisting with occasional bathroom trips if needed, and helping with basic nighttime needs such as water or other items as directed. You may also provide emotional reassurance, respond appropriately if an urgent issue arises, and notify family members of any important changes in condition, mood, or general well-being. Clear communication and a steady, respectful approach are important in this position. The ideal candidate has experience in caregiving, companion support, or a similar role, and is comfortable working overnight hours. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required. Strong observation skills, patience, and the ability to remain calm in unexpected situations are essential. First aid and CPR certification would be considered an advantage.
