Overnight Call Center Specialist

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented call center specialists for an overnight, full-time role in a professional office setting. In this position, you will answer a high volume of inbound calls, provide courteous support, and relay accurate information to a variety of client accounts. You will also be responsible for documenting messages carefully, entering data correctly, and confirming that records are complete and reliable. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, maintains a friendly and professional phone manner, and has strong written English skills, including good spelling and grammar. Comfort working on a Windows-based computer system is important, along with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute. Consistent attendance and availability for at least one weekend day are required. No prior experience is needed, as full training is provided. This role is fully on-site and offers an hourly wage of $17.
