Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to support day-to-day site activities in a busy customer-facing environment. This onsite role is well suited to someone with a background in leading teams, coordinating workflow, and solving operational issues as they arise. The successful candidate will help oversee daily operations, monitor team performance, and ensure service standards are met throughout each shift. You will provide clear direction to staff, support training and scheduling needs, and step in to resolve customer or process-related concerns in a timely manner. Strong communication skills are important, along with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure and keep work moving efficiently. This position typically requires 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in operations, supervision, or a similar leadership role. Candidates should be organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a seasonal opportunity with a flexible start date.
