Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee a central food production facility supporting a multi-location retail business. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day plant and commissary operations, ensuring products are prepared efficiently, safely, and to a consistent standard of quality. You will manage production planning, workflow, staffing, and coordination across departments to meet business needs. The role also includes maintaining compliance with food safety and workplace regulations, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and output. Strong leadership is important, as you will guide and develop team members while fostering a positive and accountable work environment. The ideal candidate brings experience in manufacturing, commissary, food processing, or a similar operational setting. You should be comfortable balancing hands-on oversight with strategic planning, and capable of working cross-functionally to support broader business goals.
