Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operational functions, infrastructure activities, and project delivery in a public works environment. This onsite role is responsible for supporting planning, coordinating operational priorities, and ensuring effective management of resources, budgets, and timelines. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of leadership experience in public works or a related operational setting, along with a bachelor’s degree. Strong leadership, financial management, and project management skills are essential. The role requires the ability to guide teams, manage multiple initiatives, and contribute to the efficient delivery of services and projects. Key responsibilities include overseeing infrastructure-related operations, supporting financial oversight, managing project execution, and helping maintain service standards across operational areas. The position also involves working closely with internal stakeholders to support organizational goals and operational effectiveness. Compensation for this role is $65.15 to $124,876.65 per hour. This is an onsite position.
