Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee field-based projects across Canada. This position supports day-to-day delivery, team coordination, and service quality for work carried out in demanding outdoor and industrial environments. The successful candidate will help guide supervisors and technicians, coordinate schedules and resources, and keep work moving safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities include planning project mobilization, organizing workforce assignments, managing logistics, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal leaders. You will monitor progress, review operational reports, support safety compliance, and help ensure that work meets established quality standards. A strong focus on teamwork, practical problem-solving, and continuous improvement is important in this role. We are looking for someone with several years of experience in operations, field services, or a related industrial setting. Background in renewable energy, repair services, or technical field leadership is helpful, but transferable experience and leadership potential will also be considered. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, confidence in coordinating multiple priorities, and the ability to build trust quickly with teams and clients. A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel within Canada are required. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
