Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across a group of restaurant locations while also supporting expansion efforts in new markets. You will work closely with location leaders to help maintain consistent service standards, improve team performance, and keep operating processes running smoothly. The position calls for someone with at least five years of relevant experience, including a minimum of two years managing multiple sites. A strong background in restaurant operations is important, along with proven leadership ability and experience supporting franchise or multi-unit business models. Key responsibilities include guiding site managers, helping resolve operational issues, supporting training and rollout of procedures, and contributing to growth initiatives across the network. You will also play a role in maintaining quality, efficiency, and consistency as the business continues to scale. This is an on-site position based in Ottawa. The compensation range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000 annually, with additional competitive benefits.
