Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee branch, warehouse, and logistics activity across a defined region. This role is responsible for guiding local managers and teams, keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, and ensuring service, quality, and compliance standards are met. The successful candidate will help drive business growth by improving processes, supporting staffing needs, and maintaining strong performance across multiple sites. Key responsibilities include monitoring operational results, preparing reports, setting goals, and identifying ways to improve efficiency and profitability. You will support the opening and expansion of locations, coordinate with internal teams, and act as a key point of contact for regional feedback and operational issues. The role also involves helping develop talent, supporting hiring and retention efforts, and ensuring teams have the training and resources needed to succeed. A major part of the position is overseeing warehouse and fulfillment activity, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, inventory control, and workflow improvement. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while making sound decisions and solving problems quickly. Bilingual ability is required.
