Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced operations professional to support service delivery across a regional territory. In this role, you will act as a central point of contact between internal teams, contractors, and external service partners to help ensure work is completed to expected standards. You will collaborate with departments such as retention, training, finance, and equipment support to address issues, improve performance, and strengthen day-to-day operations. The position involves coordinating subcontractor recruitment and onboarding, supporting compliance requirements, and maintaining a reliable pool of qualified service providers. You will also help manage contractor performance, oversee transition processes when changes are needed, and handle issue escalation in a timely and professional manner. In addition, you may participate in meetings, site visits, and process reviews to support consistency and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has strong business judgment, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a process-focused approach. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working independently, and adapting to a fast-paced environment. Frequent travel and flexible scheduling may be required. Experience in service operations, compliance, budgeting, and field-based contractor management is an asset.
