Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day field and facility activities for a growing operation. This position is best suited to someone who is highly organized, comfortable coordinating multiple moving parts, and able to support both people and processes in a hands-on environment. Key responsibilities include planning schedules, assigning work, supervising a small team, and making sure projects move forward efficiently. You will also help manage stock levels, track materials, and support upkeep of the workplace and equipment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep operations running smoothly are important in this role. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of relevant experience, including a minimum of two years in a leadership role. Experience with workforce coordination, inventory oversight, and general operational support will be valued. Good communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset are also essential. This is an on-site position. The salary range for this opportunity is CAD 80,000 to CAD 97,500, along with competitive benefits.
