Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial construction projects and support day-to-day operational performance. This role is responsible for coordinating teams, maintaining safe work practices, and helping ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, practical financial understanding, and a solid background in project management. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep work moving smoothly, address issues as they arise, and support effective decision-making across multiple projects. A hands-on, collaborative approach is important, along with the ability to guide teams, improve processes, and balance quality with cost control. This is an onsite position suited to someone with significant experience in commercial construction operations.
