Operations Lead

Job Title: Operations Lead Employment Type: Full-time Reports To: Director of Operations Salary Range: Typical hiring range $94,000 - $110,000 per annum – 37.5 hours/week Vacancy Type: Existing Vacancy Closing Date: June 15, 2026 Position Summary Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Operations Lead will provide project management support for ongoing core research initiatives. This role serves as a subject matter expert, working collaboratively with leadership, community partners, and funding agencies to advance organizational research objectives. The Operations Lead will oversee research processes and coordinate site activities to ensure successful data collection. A strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods is required, along with a demonstrated commitment to improving work and health outcomes. Work Location and Schedule Work must be conducted within Saskatchewan. Regular schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. On-site at various locations across Saskatchewan. This position will require travel within Saskatchewan for field data collection. Key Responsibilities Research Project Execution Lead a research project team in the collection of data, including qualitative and quantitative methods. Create project schedules and timelines, conduct data processing and analysis, and assist in the creation of project reports. Provide supervision and guidance to team members during data collection and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Research Logistics and Resource Development Develop training opportunities and standard operating procedures for research projects. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and adapt research schedules as needed. Collaborate with stakeholders regarding research activities and opportunities.
