Operations Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced operations finance leader to support manufacturing and supply chain performance through strong financial oversight. This role will partner closely with operations teams to improve cost visibility, support budgeting and forecasting, and help drive sound business decisions. The successful candidate will bring at least five years of relevant experience and a solid background in cost analysis, financial reporting, and inventory control. Key responsibilities include reviewing production and inventory-related costs, analyzing variances, supporting month-end financial activities, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders to provide clear insights into operational performance and help maintain accurate financial records tied to inventory and plant activity. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable translating complex data into practical recommendations. Experience in a manufacturing or similar operational environment is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both finance and operational teams. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a salary range of $100,000 to $115,000, depending on experience. Competitive benefits are also available.
