Operations Excellence Project Manager

This role leads improvement work across production, inventory, logistics, and shared services. The focus is on putting practical changes into place that strengthen output, quality, safety, customer service, and financial performance. You will work closely with plant and business leaders, as well as external advisors during the initial transformation phase, to help new processes, systems, routines, and automation efforts become part of daily operations. A key part of the job is making sure improvements do not fade after rollout. You will track progress, review results, and adjust plans to support lasting gains. After the early transformation work is complete, you will own the ongoing improvement agenda and help build the next wave of operational projects. This is a hands-on position that involves regular time on the floor, direct interaction with supervisors and frontline teams, and close collaboration with leadership. You will coach others, support training efforts, and help strengthen internal problem-solving capability across the organization. The role also includes preparing regular updates for senior leaders, running planning sessions on a recurring basis, and maintaining a clear pipeline of future initiatives that support growth and efficiency. The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000.
