Operations & Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced operations and delivery leader to help build and improve the systems that support client work as the business continues to grow. This role sits at the center of service delivery, working closely with leadership and project teams to keep engagements running smoothly, consistently, and at a high standard. In this position, you will define and maintain delivery processes from project start through completion, while helping coordinate capacity across multiple client accounts. You will monitor key operational and financial indicators such as billing accuracy, utilization, and overall engagement performance, then use that information to improve results. A major part of the role involves identifying delivery risks early, raising issues proactively, and making sure clients and internal teams stay aligned. You will also help improve handoffs between sales, delivery, and renewal activities so work transitions cleanly. The ideal candidate has several years of experience in delivery operations, professional services operations, or a similar role. You should be comfortable working in a growing environment, building processes, supporting team enablement, and communicating clearly with both clients and internal stakeholders. Experience with project tracking, reporting, and modern AI-enabled productivity tools is helpful. Exposure to compliance, risk, or security-related work is an advantage, along with experience leading change or training initiatives.
