We are seeking an experienced Operations and Sales Manager to support lead conversion, oversee day-to-day workflow, and help drive revenue growth in a hybrid work setting. This role is suited to someone who can manage both client-facing sales activity and operational follow-through, with a focus on turning qualified leads into closed business.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of B2B sales experience, is confident in negotiations, and can work effectively with CRM systems to track opportunities and maintain an organized pipeline. Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills are essential, along with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This position offers a base salary in the range of $36,000 to $100,000, plus commission. If you are motivated by targets, comfortable working across sales and operations, and interested in contributing to business growth, this could be a strong fit.
