We are seeking an experienced operations and sales professional to manage incoming opportunities, support day-to-day workflow, and help turn qualified leads into closed business. This hybrid role is based in the Mississauga area and is suited to someone who is comfortable working across both sales and operational responsibilities.
The right candidate will have at least three years of B2B sales experience, along with strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. You should be confident managing prospects through the sales process, maintaining accurate records in a CRM system, and coordinating with internal teams to keep work moving efficiently.
This position offers a base salary in the mid five-figure range, with commission potential that can significantly increase total earnings for high performers. We are looking for someone who is organized, persuasive, and able to balance customer-facing responsibilities with operational follow-through.
