Operations and Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced supervisor to lead a field-based team responsible for supporting wastewater treatment operations and maintenance work across a broad geographic area. This role combines people management, hands-on coordination, and service delivery oversight in both office and field settings. You will be responsible for guiding technicians, assigning work, monitoring performance, and supporting day-to-day operations. A key part of the role is coaching and developing team members, along with ensuring safe work practices are followed at all times. You will also help organize schedules, respond to operational needs, and work closely with internal teams and external contacts to keep projects and service activities on track. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of experience managing people, preferably in a technical or field service environment. Strong leadership, training ability, and a solid understanding of health and safety requirements are essential. Comfort with travel and a hybrid work arrangement is important. This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $70,000 to $95,000, plus bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.
