Position Title: Operations - Account Manager The Operations Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing site management to ensure contract success. This role will involve regular communication with clients, including site visits and meetings, to maintain strong relationships and ensure contract deliverables are met or exceeded. Key responsibilities include tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), handling client escalations, and facilitating business reviews. Additionally, the Account Manager will support and mentor site supervisors and team leads, conducting performance evaluations and assisting with recruitment strategies. This position also requires financial oversight, including monitoring site budgets, managing billing issues, and following up on collections for overdue invoices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality and discretion. A valid driver's license is required, along with experience in a fast-paced environment. A background in business or related fields is preferred.
